Individual personal career counseling reports are an option for persons or organizations not wanting to use an assessment center. The Comprehensive Individual Assessment utilizes a battery of tests as well as an extended interview. The nature of the test battery will vary according to circumstances. Based on the test and interview data a comprehensive written profile and report is generated for the client organization. The report runs between 15 and 25 pages and includes observations and recommendations. The fees include one hour of related consultation with agency personnel.
